CHICKEN FAJITAS WITH GUACAMOLE

CHICKEN FAJITAS
WHAT YOU NEED
2 tbsps lime or lemon juice
3 tbsps olive oil
1 garlic clove minced
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ cup chopped cilantro
½ jalapeno seeded and minced (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours. Then cook it with red, yellow, green bell pepper and onions. Add more lemon juice. For ½ kg chicken breast, you would need 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green bell pepper, and 1 onion cut lengthwise.

GUACAMOLE
WHAT YOU NEED
2 ripe avocados
½ red onion minced
2 tbsps cilantro
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
½ tsp salt
Black pepper
½ ripe tomato chopped (seeds and pulp removed)
Chilli pepper (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all well and serve.
Spread the guacamole on brown tortilla bread. Add on top the chicken fajitas. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!
